The Doctors told him he would never surf again

This X-Ray shows the hardware that Taylor Knox has had in his back since he was 15.

This came as a result of being diagnosed with a condition that would require major back surgery. The doctors told him that he would never surf again.

After having nine pieces of metal installed, and three vertebrates fused, Taylor had a decision to make. He could either have his mind and body work for him, or against him.

Taylor decided to overcome this challenge through dedicating his life to improving his mental and physical well being.

In Taylor’s own words, “I learned that I was going to have to work a lot harder than everyone else. So I went into fitness as much as I could.”

From here, ARC Method was born.
