Aside from continuing to build your surf strength and flexibility, your form and effectiveness will improve as you keep after your ARC Method practice. This 12 week course curriculum builds from where the Intermediate Course left you.
You will be doing The 5 Pillars, plus 2-3 workouts, for 5 days per week by the end of this course. There will be no swell that you aren't ready for by the time you're done with this.
